Phone call: We will then be in contact to arrange a time to meet that suits you and our Director. This will also provide you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Interview: You will be interviewed and have the chance to ask more specific questions you may have. We will ask you to take us through your placement experience and tell us a bit more about yourself. We will also ask about skills that you might bring to the role, and the ones you want help to develop.
Reference checks: We will ask you to provide two references so we can contact them.
Offer: Once we have conducted our reference checks and you are successful, we will be in touch to send through an offer. If unsuccessful, we will send through feedback to support you with your future.
